Not doing proper repair work

I had an accident in August. After having sent my car for repairs, I received my car, trusting that it had been repaired. Less than a week of having my car, it broke down with the result that my car went back for assessment The assessor for CIB was there and subsequently sent my car to RBG for a report on the damage. After 3 weeks, I was then told that the damage to my car was not impact related and the claim was repudiated.I contest their findings as after speaking to BMW the damages sustained to my vehicle they had not seen before.Unless there had been impact. Logically, the timing of the breakdown so soon after my collision suggests that it was all part of the same incident.When the original repairs took place, the front wheel and tyre were replaced while the rear wheel was refurbished. Possibly with the worst of the damage being in the front on the left side, they didn't see any obvious damage to the Differential and the side arm which pulled loose. Even CIB's own assessor agreed that it seemed too coincidental to not be related to the accident. I am going legal with this now
