Insurance claim- waiting 2 months and counting
I have a claim on my VW Amarok. It was towed from my house on the 17th of November 2015. I was informed that I could claim for the water damage to my engine, because it was an accident. After a couple of weeks of waiting , I had to phone them to find out what was happening, because I had no feedback. Now all of a sudden there is apparently issues with the claim. My vehicle has been out of my possession for almost two months now, without any status update on my claim, but still I pay my insurance premium each month as well as my vehicle premium, which I can not use , because of lack of service from this supplier.
