<p>Hi had a claim with CIB insurance Company, the brokers are MBG Insurance, I had my Kia K2700 ****** along with its tools and materials, I have a Business insurance cover that protects everything, and CIB is refusing to process my claim, for reason that my vehicle didn't have a tracker, wen I took the insurance there was no mention of a tracker to be installed, my vehicle was ****** of my property at a complex by 6 armed men who held the security up as well...kindly advise Wat I should do...</p>
