Incompetence at CIB insurance

I recently had car hire arranged for me by CIB as my car has been booked in for repairs. On 13 March I sent a request for car extension as my car repairs are not complete. Unfortunately these people took a decision to ignore my request and I now find myself without transport.

Please help
