I would like to place on record what a pleasure it has been dealing with Chrisel these past few months. Her efficiency and attention to detail is an asset within the CIB team. Chrisel has gone above and beyond to ensure that the policy documents we receive from CIB are correct – this after battling for over a year to get the policy for Curries Post Trading issued correctly. Chrisel reissued the entire policy which was no small task considering there are approximately 40 situations and 70 vehicles. If Chrisel is in any doubt about the changes we need, she will pick up the phone and check before issuing the next schedule. Thank you for assigning her to deal with our policies.
