why m i not suprised by complaints levelled against Annelien, I am shocked she still works for CIB or is strategically placed so claims can take so long?<br> <br> She is so lazy that she cant even respond to a simple e-mail and when you call she gives attitude<br> <br> i have lodged a claim with your company and it has been 2months of headache and nightmares<br> <br> CIB/P414834/1
