Horrible Service

i submitted a claim form last week to arrange for collection and repair of my ipad which i bought through FNB and which is insured via CIB Insurance. i keep having to contact them to find out what the hell is going on with the collection and they keep telling me that some \supplier"will contact me and arrange collection. this doesn't seem to happen. i pay my monthly insurance fee just to get **** service. i lodged a complaint on their website and was notified a representative would contact me shortly"
