FNB AND CIB INsurance ****
This insurance will take your premiums and when its time to pay they will not have a look at your claim. I have 2 outstanding claims with them first was a 3rd party claim which has been going on since February and still not finalized todate . I had a theft at my house and put in a claim, They send an assessor after the incident and refuse to pay what i am claiming for.They did not send any assessor after i too the policy WHY? so that they can come and say i am under insurerd and not pay me.They had enough time to send an assessor after the math why not send them on inception of claim
CIB IS A **** insurance do not touch them ,worse the broker is FNB who are also not doing much to help with this claim .FNB and CIB are both ****mers , i have been paying my premiums without fail and soon as i have a claim they find reason to not pay . Disgusting unprofessional organization that *****s from the public ,sickening.
