Extremely hirable customer service.
Looking at all these reviews about this ridiculous insurance company I'm realizing that there's actually no point for me to write about my experience when I logged a simple cellphone claim worth R4000.00 which took more than a week to replace.
They just need to do better if they want to grow as the company and retain the existing clients.
I also noticed that on all these reviews the only thing they did was to send automated respondence. WOW.....
