Excess Claim Back by MiWay not Approved by C552274

I got into an accident in 2014 and I am really struggling to get my excess refunded by CIB. Miway claimed that it would be the first refund that would be done as soon as the administration is completed, but it seems that they have given up. It was a very unfortunate incident, but I can't afford to lose the excess money as I was not at fault. See the next as last e-mail. - As you know, you sent the documents through to CIB on 19/09/2014
