Such bad service. I submit a third party claim. I'm not even a client from them and waiting for feedback or just a phone call would be nice. Hopefully they read this review, because they don't read any emails that's for sure. I'm waiting for my payout and they are making all kind of stories. They said there was a hold up and that is it. No explanation. Very rude and don't keep there promises. If they say they will call you back - don't bargain on that....its a lie. You better pick up the phone and call them yourself. Worst company ever. Still waiting - its over a month now. The legal claims consultant need to go for TCF training. They don't know how to speak to clients and don't ever apologies on behalf of the company. Spend money - and give them proper training.
