Do Not Use CIB insurance. Be warned
Please do not take out insurance with CIB, I apparently had an ALL RISK plan with them my laptop stopped working sent it in had to pay to have it couriered to Paragon, just to tell me an component blew and it's in covered. Pls note this is an ALL RiSK plan which I also have for my other devices with Mobility 24 and it covers everything. And after 3 weeks I had to contact them to ask why they not sending my "broken laptop" back the service is pathetic. I have no cancelled the horrible insurance cover.
