Do not use Cib Insurance

Cib Insurance were happy to sign us up and receive our premiums. Our house was flooded and we had to claim for significant damages, a freak once-off occurrence. We then put anti-flooding measures in place at our own significant cost... and Cib cancelled our insurance WITHOUT INFORMING US... because we claimed from them. I thought that was what insurance was for? What a joke. I would never recommend them.
