Do not trust their suppliers. Don't expect anything that resembles customer service.

Firstly, they wouldn't approve claim because they had my vehicle insured under the wrong policy. Secondly, their approved panel beaters tampered with my engine and still took over 2 months to fix the vehicle. Thirdly, they have made zero effort to make things right. Over R8000 worth of parts were replaced with either broken or incorrect after market parts and they have only agreed to pay for one part. Fourth, I have been without a car for over 3 months because of absolute lack of customer service and managing of the claim and have consequently spent in excess of R12000 because of this debacle.

I can guarantee that our brokers will not be referring clients to you ever again.
