Do Not Insure with CIB
OMG run in the opposite direction I wouldn't even know about these guys if not for FNB, CIB the definition of cheep insurance, 3 weeks latter I still don't have a phone nor is my mater close to being resolved. The pain of writing an email today and getting a response 3 days later . Asked a Guy called Hendrick to escalate , only to be told NO ! you must ask me in email form. WOW the definition of cheep insurance.
