<p>After been insured with CIB for more than 7 claim free years we got burgled, After nearly 3 weeks of been given the run around with assessors and more assessors cib finaly came back and informed us we were not covered and would not be paying our claim, due to technicality on our policy. They should change their names to Outsurance as they will do anything to get out of paying a claim. My advise to anybody looking for insurance or is currently insured with Cib start looking elswhere as there are lots of far better and cheeper insurance companies out their.</p>

All I can say is your respone was not appriciated and I will be awaiting the response from both the FIAS Ombudsman and the Insurance Ombudsman.
