Customer Complaint
I would like to warn people who are insured with CIB Pty Ltd or planning to to use this insurance company DONT. Almost a month I’m waiting for my claim to be processed. Rude staff members who don’t even take their black brokers serious. Everyday I’m hearing stories after stories regarding my claim that they are still investigating. For your peace of mind stay away from this insurance company
