CIB Rip-off

FNB34207. I was told my claim was rejected due to wear and tear. Just a **** to not payout insurance claims.

I don’t believe this for a second. My phone has always had an issue from the time I had submitted the third claim. I’ve always insured my devices with CIB it would be a shame and a rip-off if my claim would rejected. I will not accept it!

We get insurance to help us in times like these not to add onto our problems. This is not right, I’m not happy with the report. How sure can one be, what if the other issues are due to wear and tear and it so happens that speaker is included as part of the issue. Don’t believe it like i said.

Please look into this issue and repair my phone or give me another device if you can’t fix that one.

I'm not with CIB and would like to get my refund of the inception from the inception of the insurance. I didn't received my policy writing for the claims submitted for FNB34207.
