CIB is a ****!!!!!
6 weeks post accident and CIB has made my life a living hell . They towed my bmw to a non approved repair centre and tried to bully me into fixing my car with locally sourced second hand parts - their reason was that bmw is expensive!!! After getting legal representation my car was released after 3 weeks and finally sent to bmw - bmw provided them a quote within 2 days , three weeks later they approved the quote but have not sent bmw the job card - 3 lawyers letters later and they have not responded nor have they paid for repairs . They revoked my courtesy car after 30 days and refused an extension saying that I am the cause of these delays??? Take my advice and run as far away from CIB as you possibly can! They are beyond pathetic
