I submit a claim on my Laptop. CIB requeste a damage report from a computer shop. After a week they want to send the laptop to one of their contracting companies. A poorly report was done and now CIB don't want to pay out the claim. The laptop had fallen of the table but the report stated that the failure of the laptop is stiff hinges.
