CIB Insurance are showing me flames!!!!!!!!!!

Bought a New Car early this year and took up an Insurance with CIB, 02 September i had a minor repairable Crash, car gets towed by CIB approved towing company to a CIB Approved Penal beaters, a week later the place burnt down and 35 cars were smoked, mine was one of them, other insurance like King Price, Outsurance and Santam did the honourable thing and wrote off their clients vehicles and settled with them, this info i was made aware by the manager of the place since CIB didn't even bother to go collect my burnt car from the scene on time, the repair centre had to ask through me.... i am going for month 2 now and they are still deducting monthly premiums for a car that was burnt under their care and no one bothers to call me and level with me on what's happening!!!!! i spend close to R100 every 2nd day calling them only to be told they are waiting for a fire report that might take months???? what do i have to do with fire reports?????. .... Those with knowledge of these things please advice on what are my options? cause i am paying for a written off car and its insurance premium while CIB duck my calls but deduct my money!!!!!!!

I sent them a quote of the exact same car and they said they will check with their supplier coz they get discounts, a week after the story changed in to waiting for a fire report...... why am i being made to go for 2 months without a car because of fire reports that have nothing to do with me? i am insured with CIB no one else!!!!
