Cib insurance

I have been with this insurance for over 15 years. I have submitted a claim exactly 2 months ago to date. Still not been paid until today. Everything I have is insured with them. I don’t want to imagine what would it be if my house burns down. Judging by the way they treat their clients I could surely be on the street. Absolutely none existing customer service nor support. 15 ears is a long time to trust someone with your house hold, business and vehicles.
