CIB are THE WORST INSURESE - CHANGE YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY NOW
1 Star rating is being VERY generous! CIB are ALWAYS looking for reasons not to pay out!! They spend 5 weeks investigating if my son was driving, he wasnt, so there went that reason not to pay. Then they come back 5 WEEKS later and decline due to NON DISCLOSURE! If thats not bad enough, after taking 5 weeks to try prove the driver was my son, they now bill ME for the investigation and towing and storage!! CIB ALWAYS argue when coming to pay out, so i would suggest if you are insured with them, change NOW, before you too get caught. Im 100% sure the OMBUDSMAN will 100% agree with me.

06 May 2024, 14:08It took you 5 weeks to close a fruitless investigation, then when that didn't turn up anything to your advantage, you decline for ANOTHER reason, and have the cheek to bill ME for all the fees of the investigation and storage and even the towing! how do you people sleep at night!
