BOKSBURG EARTHQUAKE - CLAIM REJECTED. BULL****
The biggest ****mer of them ALL
Boksburg Earthquake - After more then a month I get a reply that NONE of my damage will be covered. No cracked tiles, No wall or ceiling cracks. No Windows, Nothing !!! They didn't even come and do a leak detection test on my pool of various request If you are insured with them, start looking for another insurance company because they will not be there for you when you want to claim. This company will look for any reason not to cover your claim and come with bull**** reason, like the wind, or ground movement, ****sakes, there was a Earthquake, of course the ground will move......

I have allowed 3 working days.
Seem the culture from CIB is not customer gratification ,but more to receive payment and not provide a service or look for ways not to cover damage after a claim ?
