Bad bad insurance!

Warning!! See these following companies..be careful!! RA Risk Assessors Hypersure Brokerages We own a flat and have been paying insurance and brokers for ten years. The flat above ours has damaged our flat four times and got so bad that we couldn’t even open our windows. We sent photos, quotes and reports proofing that it was not the body corporate or our fault. We provided all the invoices of everything we spent and also the reason why all our windows and frames had to be replaced, due to the fact that we could not open our windows anymore. The previous times we personally paid for the damages caused from the flat above us. This is our first time using the insurance. They have been so kind enough to pay 15% to put our flat back to the condition it was, before damages. The risk assessor says one thing to an eighty two year old yet do another. Even if the insurance company was more fair I would not feel the necessity to warn people how these companies operate.

So it you want to be *****ed go with these companies!!!

Make sure if you want to be insured by these people you break down everything first, to do maintanance- because they expect you to see through the walls and behind window frames.
