Apalling Service

<p>I wish to place on record that this is a dangerous company to deal with. When I purchased my new car i was approachedby a broker of theirs to switch insurance. They provded a very fair price so i did. At the time of insurung my Mercedes A45 Amg they asked me for the VIN which i assumed would be used to find out details of the vehicle from Mercedes Benz. The vehicle was subsequently insured and when I claimes(ALMOST 2 MONTHS ) ago besides being slow, there were always issues that arose. First they appointed and invesitigator who appproved the claim. Then the repairers they appointed were slow and workmanship was very shoddy.</p> <p>When i enquired recently they told me that they were not approving the replacement of the orginal carbon fibre spoliers to the from and rear of the car. When asked why they said the item was not specified. As far as i am concerned I did not see the need to specify it, since if they has asked for an inspection or request the MM code or the invoice from Mercedes Benz they would seen all the extras on the car. Besides th car is full house and it would be impossible to list all the extras. Another thing is that the rear spoiler was in tact when the carr was towed and can only assume that the repairer had damaged it.</p> <p>I am now fed up and will seek legal action in this matter if they do not respond soon.</p>
