Accusing me of *****

<p>I had a accident with my car right side tyres and mags fixed and replaced. 1 week after collecting my car i had to slits on my tyre very small 1 tyre never lost pressure the other did when they put new tyres on the moved the front left to the back right. I thought it was a manufacturing default so they sent a assesor out and i was told it was due to impact damage and the only impact that the car has had was the first accident. Now cib is telling me iv had another accident and tried to spray my mags black because i must have hit another curb on the left which if was true then the new tryes they just put on would be damaged because like i said my tyres where moved around. So this is the email i received and i only cancelled with them because of this claim it i had endless problems with them.</p> <p>Dear Michaele,</p> <p> </p> <p>Please note that the insurer has received feedback from net assess .</p> <p> </p> <p>Please see attached photos. It is evident from the photos provided that you, the client, havescratched the left side tyres on a curb. It can also be seen that it is evident that the scratches on the mags have been painted over.</p> <p> </p> <p>According to your description on your initial claim submission, a truck swerved into my lane, I tried to swerved out of that way and hit the pavement damaged right hand side tyres.This was repaired and you signed a release when you collected the vehicle. According to the panel beater the vehicle was handed over to you in good order.</p> <p> </p> <p>Based on the report and evidence now submitted, the damages incurred were from a second impact and not related to the first incident. You need to report a new claim, however please be advised that we were instructed to cancel your policy from the 1stOctober. The notification to us was on the 10thOctober so your policy was not inforce. You will have to process your new claim through your new broker/insurer.</p> <p> </p> <p>We have now closed our file.</p> <p> </p>
