4 Months to process an accident claim by CIB and no Hired car :(.
I submitted a claim for a car accident on 31 October 2019. They hired CIB hired a car for me on 13 December 2019, they took the car back after 60 days. They sent through the authorisation to the panel beater on 04 February 2020.
Today on 24 February 2020, they still don't have a ETA for the repairs of the car and they refuse to hire a car for me. During all this, there was 90 days where I was just waiting for them to process the claim.
