19 days later and still no assessor appointed

To whom it may concern <br> <br> As a third party im extremely dissatisfied with service or lake thereof received from your company. Thee insured reported an accident claim to yourself on the first of march whereby an assessor is to be appointed to my vehicle claim and to date I have not received any feedback, I would appreciate if this matter is dealt with a matter of urgently seeing that it is 19 days later.<br> <br> Should you require any further information, you may contact me.<br>
