Pathetic service

My name is Kefilwe Leballo can you please assist me with laying a complain about a booking i made with Ciara Lodge in Pretoria early this year for myself and sisters paid a deposit but due to covid 19 pandemic we were unable to go.

As per Government easing of rules level 1 we reached out to Ciara to re book us as we were now able to travel,The Owner wasnt helpful at all as she was either out of the country or fully booked. She even asked us to pay admin fee which she said was because our booking date was to be moved which we found unfair as this was due to covid which didnt affect her only but every one.

Now we dont want to go there anymore but they refusing to give us our deposit fee
