Ciao Baby Cucino Ruins 21st Birthday Dinner

<p>I am really upset, unhappy and very disappointed in the service and the quality of food that we received from Ciao Baby Cucina at Monte Casino last night 9th November 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>I made a booking for 7 people for my daughters 21st Birthday. We intended to have a nice intimate family dinner with her on her birthday. Yes we did have a fabulous event on Saturday but the dinner was with both sets of Grandparents and close family.</p> <p> </p> <p>Firstly, a ****roach that greeted us from the chair. Secondly, no stock available for the menu item that 3 of the guests wanted to order. Thirdly, the cheese burger that was ordered came 10 minutes later than the rest of the food that wasn’t up to standard (the chips was dry and no dressing on the calamari). The burger was then taken away. After 5 minutes I enquired why the burger was taken away and has not been returned I was informed that they forgot the cheese, but the cheese they have is off and they had to go and get cheese from another restaurant.</p> <p> </p> <p>The manager tried to apologize and offer me a voucher to come back, but honestly after all this will I return. The answer is NO.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was so embarrassed that I made a booking for my daughter’s birthday at the restaurant as none of us had a great time celebrating with her.</p> <p> </p> <p>I trust that my complaint will be taken seriously and addressed as I feel that it reflects badly on the establishment.</p> <p> </p>
