insurance disappointment

<p>we recently discovered a leaking patio from the main bedroom upstairs to the patio downstairs. our managing agent reported this to CIA, we then handed in a claim to CIA. after numerous paperwork and quotes, they said we have to fix (remove tiles, waterproof and retile) at our cost and they will replace the damages to the lower patio. after doing all of this they rejected the claim. what is the use of paying all the money towards this insurance and only ONE patio of your whole house is not covered, absolutely rediculous!! why did they not reject this from the start? very bad customer feedback and they have a very unhappy client and I will do my best as a trustee to move this complex to another insurance company.</p>
