CIA NO SERVICE!

If there was a ZERO STAR - CIA WOULD GET IT FROM ME!!!!! They are not here to help you as a consumer at all. I fell in one of their insured's buildings and they dragged out the claim for almost two years and then came back with a letter full of untruths and declined my claim. My neck, back and wrist were badly injured in the fall. My wrist was broken in 3 places and I have displaced neck vertebra as a result of the fall. this I will now have to have corrected medially at my own expense...before the fall.... I was actively involved in sport, now no longer. They are rogues, don't have any customer services at all and a manager that advised me to get a lawyer involved!!!!
