Will Go To Great Lengths To Avoid Paying Valid Claims

These guys should be investigated for ********** business practices. They will seemingly go to great lengths to frustrate the outcome of a claim (we have had 2 experiences, both horrific, same MO each time). From the outset I had explicitly requested who the preferred specialists should be, to assist in the assessment of both claims, and to ensure that things were made as smooth as possible with information being forthcoming. Even after submitting professional reports and having the various specialists review and provide full reports on the damage, more than once, we were sent from pillar to post to gather even more finer specifics (unrelated to the merit of the claim). In my view this is clear evidence of their deliberate attempts frustrate the process and avoid paying the claims - over 4 months of back and forth and we are nowhere near a resolution on the third party damages claim, the tile claim was rejected. Both instances were as a result of no fault of our own, and we were under the false impression that our building was insured, as well as the general property (covering third party damage).
