Why haven't my claim as an owner at Morningside Village not been processed a month later?

I am irate after waiting for a response from you guys. Its a month today after my vehicle was damaged by the carport that collapsed her at 103 Morningside Village flat 02 and my claim is still pending after I did everything that you guys required from my part.
