Shocking service from CIA

I live in a townhouse complex where the property is insured by CIA via a broker. My experience has been really horrifying. After having had a fire in my home, I battled to get the broker to respond in any way. It took close on three months for them to appoint an assessor who then, in turn, did not keep appointments. He eventually did come to inspect my property---clearly, after three months I had repaired a lot of the damage. He then took a further three months to submit a report. He even made a mistake as to the cause of the fire. I ended up going to the Ombudsman in desperation. This also isn't a speedy service. And now, more than a year after the fire and virtually being accused of being a ****, I have been offered a settlement which does not come anywhere near compensation for the damage. CIA need to jack up their services. Also, their brokers may not enter anyone's home in their absence and without permission---this is trespassing. They advertthemselves as being "award winning", "fast and fair". Not my experience!! Avoid CIA!!!
