Non existant service

We completely lost 3 of our holiday homes in Umdloti due to the landslides. We have never experienced worse service in our lives from an insurance company. 6 months of waiting for any kind of communication or offer. Some people lost their permanent residence and have had to find rental accommodation with this matter still having no end in sight. We have since started legal action just to try get some answers. The brokers for the complex have been less than useful in this matter too.
