Insurance claim being diputed

I reside at Ravenswood Mews and I had the tenant above me flood me out for a third time on the 15 June 2022. As I was unable to get a report at the time for the insurance company and the body corp and the tenat above me were not very forthcoming, I then suggested that the insurance company send out an accessor. This they did and matters just got worse as the individual by the name of George Ensiin stated that the damages to about a year old cupboards , were due to steam from the stove . I in turn then sent an avidavit to the broker to forward to the insurance company backing up what I said but with little avail. As a result of the report from the acessor, the insurance company is disputing my claim and just want to shun it from one person to another , which will inevitably lead to the claim not being paid out.
