Inappropriate deceit

We have been inappropriately deceived by this insurance. As they refuse to fix damages that was caused after geysor busted. Yes the geysor was old and damages caused are new. Should you change geysor before it busted there would be no damages. Upon a claim you walk left with inadequate technicalities which donot make any sense.
