***** artists!

Two months ago deriving into an office park the card reader (which the security staff told me had been broken for some time) fell over and dented my car.

I contacted the office park management and they reported to CIA as the insurance company.

However this company tries at every turn to avoid its responsibilities.

They take weeks to respond then come with more and more requirements - first I was asked to take my car for a quote to repair the damage which was done with an approved repairer and sent to them.

Six weeks later a response with a list of requirements - registration papers , drivers license , proof of not having claimed against the vehicle insurance and another quote - they have been offered the drivers license, vehicle registration and details of the vehicle insurance so they can check if a claim was made (not my job to prove myself innocent of non existent insurance *****) and were told that they are free to arrange a second vehicle inspection/quote at the office park

All the work and costs to be borne by me. Why as the innocent party should I be the one to bear all the costs ad they just keep adding more barriers. If they require me to go for more quotes then they should be liable for the cost of my time - it is not my responsibility to do their work for them

Calling them is useless - rude, obstructive staff that hang up after implying I am trying to perpetrate an insurance ***** (ie I might be double claiming) - when in fact it is a company car owned by my employer a huge global corporate company

In fact the office park management (the policy holder) has now stepped in and taken over the dispute with them acknowledging that their attitude and actions are ridiculous.
