CIA insurance im not even going to add words go how angry i am .!!!!!!!!!!!

Rediculous turn around time and follow ups!

It has been three weeks since our geyser pipes burst our cubboards are falling appart cannot put our clothing any where. My kitchen cubbords wont open my house smells like moist miff . With the bodycoperate insurance wich i conterebute monthly i find it appauling that our claim has not received any feedback what so ever . We have to hang our cloths in packets we must leave my food on the floor .

Best of all my tiles are lifting . Your turn around time says three days to confirm its been more than five days .

Il surley be taking on the body corporate and insurance as it is rediculous in total a month

What about mould which is happening but we must not touch anything till you have made up your minds I am ashmatic and coughing because of your delayed responses .

Ps . Our in house insurance has replaced all clothing shoes couches bed laptops etc tables in a week . Following up every day can you understand the frustration I exspect a phone call tommorow to inform me with what is going on .

I seriously hope this review will shed the world of light to all those that If you want service with a company that tries to take their time . I dont suggest CIA insurance .
