Cia Building Insurance Extremely poor turnaround times, do not use.

My body corporate Villa D Alegria is insured with this company through a broker called The Brokerage and the experience on 3 geyser claims with resultant damage has been horrific. The turnaround times are extremely slow. I am 3 weeks into my current claim with the ceiling caving in and light bulbs out but the company keeps stalling. I would not recommend anyone using this company.
