Bad Insurance

We had a geyser claim with resultant damages. The don't pay the resultant damages. I sent numerous emails. The geyser cover is only R8000 so the cover is inadequate. I suggest you stay far away from these insurers. Many buildings are using this cheap cover and the residents are paying the price.
