Two excess amounts for water damage

The worst experience with CIA insurance. I had an incident in my apartment whereby my laminate flooring was damaged due to water. I submitted a claim and I am being charged two excess amounts. One is for water that is listed with weather related incidents and the other is for water damage to laminate flooring. This is absolutely ridiculous! The water damage to laminate flooring is listed on its own so why charge two excess amounts. When you call, there is simply no assistance in this matter. You cannot charge me two excess amounts for water damage.
