Not happy with CIA building insurance specialists.

One Sunday night there was a strong wind blowing outside and my ceiling boards came loose. I got hold of the insurance company called CIA building insurance specialists and they sent out a gent to do a assessment and in his report he said the brandering was installed wet. I didn’t believe this as I saw the wind blow the ceiling boards loose. I got a second opinion and in the second report the gent agreed with me that the wind blew the ceiling boards out. After a whole lot of emails i was told by Douglas Haig the managing director that they would not be fixing my ceiling. The whole reason why the insurance company liked the first report was because they don’t cover bad workmanship but they do cover weather related incidents.

I don’t recommend anyone use CIA building insurance specialists they will find any loophole not to pay.
