CIA Building Insurance

Our building insurers are CIA. Have no idea why. They have declined my claim as I failed to do maintenance on my sewerage pipes which are in the wall. How on earth do you maintaine hidden pipes? Are we suppose to open the wall every 5 years or so? What a joke! Think twice before using this company
