Poor Management and Service Delivery

My dishwasher was taken to CHW Appliance repair in Trichardt in Nov 2020. Today is the 29th April 2021. I received my machine back numerous times, still not repaired and even more faulty than it was at first when I sent it to them. The machine went in with a possible water leak detected by the water float level. Came back after all with a huge, actual water leak, no water float level in my machine and the machine full of silicone on the motor side. The 1st time they said the element needed to be replaced, they replaced it, the machine still had the same error. The 2nd time the machine went back for the error the took out the float level and said that it is repaired, which was not the case, also the machine came back pushed full of silicone. The 3rd time the machine went back they couldn't get a new float level for weeks. After numerous conversations with the manager, she let her workers drop off another machine at my house one evening after 18:00 insisting that it is my machine (not even the same make), I sent them away with this machine. On another evening again after 18:00 the workers dropped off my machine saying that they didn't repair it and the spares wasnt ordered but I must take it. I sent them away with the machine and phoned the manager, she claimed that they will repair it asap. The then delivered the machine the last time, the machine is still not repaired, leaking water everywhere and the float level not in the machine. The manager said that she will give me back my money. Now one week later she will give back the money (so she says) but deduct what she has paid to get the machine repaired (not repaired).
