chuwi is the worst laptop brand ever

Worst laptop brand ever. bought the laptop based on their south african suppliers recommendation (rugged SA, also the most unhelpful people ever) Just over 1 year after purchasing their corebook X (valued at over R10 000) i started experiencing major battery problems. i can no longer use the device as a laptop, i now use it as a fully plugged in pc (defeats the purpose of being a portable device). i attempted to get a replacement but no one at chuwi or rugged sa could do anything and so i made the best of a bad situation and still used it while plugged in. Now around 3 years down the line, the hinge broke and my touchpad no longer works (ive tried everything chuwi recommends). not something youd expect from a 3 year old device valued at over 10 000 rand.
