Handed over a parcel on 16 Mar destined for UK - for warranty repair - to come back to SA. First they failed to tell me they needed an invoice. Then the demanded R300 more as it was \only going for repair then coming back she omitted to charge you for the DA 65\". Then they said \"Please be advised your shipment is now in customs in the UK but the receiver is refusing to pay the charges (I contacted receiver - not true) below so they will be billed back to you. Please can we have payment today otherwise storage will be incurred as well at UKL rates not Rands. Clearance fee R 575.00, Deferment R 445.00, Freedom fee R 250.00.\" Then SAME day I get \"Please can we have payment asap otherwise we will have to ask customs to destroy the shipment.\" So to date I have to pay R 2604.21, and this might still go up, and getting threats that my parcel will be destroyed. Kim \"explained\" to me that this is the first warranty repair they've handled and therefore they could not quote me properly in the first place?? AND parcel is now 2 weeks in transit. I also see it's a company who doesn't respond. Avoid them!!! Ps. I have all emails from them as proof of the above. <br> "
