Such Poor Service

Parcel was given to Churchills on the 8th of December already.<br> On the 11th, after querying with them where my parcel is, details on the website were only updated. It then showed that my parcel was in transit between the original hub and the destination hub.<br> Only on the 14th it showed that the parcel was received in the destination hub.... both of these being in Johannesburg.<br> 15th - parcel on-board courier vehicle - this was at 09h32. I left the office at 16h00, and still no parcel !!<br> I received a call at 16h10 from Charity informing me that the courier was at the office, but that I had already left, after which she promised me that I will have my parcel before 10am today, 17th.... It is now 12h34, and still no parcel !!!! <br> <br> I am so sick of poor service !!!
